How To Use
- Infuse herbs in hot water, covered for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- Then pour off through a strainer.
- Tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Approx 1 Tablespoon of the herbal blend per 2-4 Cups of water, mix to the strength and taste you like.
Tip: Infuse a large batch in the morning, pour off into a tea pot or large jar so you can drink it throughout the day. 3.2 ounce package.
